EGMP students are required to participate in case studies analyses, group discussions, peer learning, role play, and business games.

The programme is based on the IIMB Digital Learning Centre and Massive Online Open Courses.

The EGMP programme is structured around 5 major building blocks tailor-made to enable participants to acquire managerial skills, digital skills, and business strategies with a global perspective.

The 5 pillars include Business Environment, Strategic Perspective, Functional Knowledge, Individual & Organizational Competencies, and Electives.

Course Objectives

Participants have more than 10 years of working experience in managerial positions. The youngest participants are approximately 35 years while the oldest is approximately 55 years.

5. The Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM)

Course Objectives

Candidates are required to apply for the programme online through the institution’s official website. They must possess a valid scorecard for CAT/GMAT/GRE/IIMB test (which is the basis for shortlisting).

All shortlisted candidates must attend a personal interview and written ability tests at the institution’s designated areas.

Pedagogy

Students will be required to attend weekend classes for 2 years. During the 2 years, students must undertake classroom lectures, online sessions, role plays, projects, case studies, assignments, and end-of-term examinations.

Each student must complete 750 contact hours, within an extended period of 5 years. Additionally, students must undertake live projects & action learning projects.

Also, the institution offers international exchange programmes, where students travel abroad to partner institutions.

Students in these programs will either take a 3-credit course on ‘Developing technology partnerships between entrepreneurial firms in India and Israel’ or a 3-credit course through Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM).

Eligibility Criteria

All prospective candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The degree must be obtained following the 10+2+3 norms from a recognized institution.

Q1: How many seats are available for online classes of the Executive General Management Programme?

Ans: A limited number of seats are available for online participants – a maximum of 10 across all locations. The residents of Bangalore are not eligible to apply for online classes.

Q2: What are the admission criteria for AAMP?

Ans: Participants who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for AAMP:

1. Successful completion of Verified Track of all 6 MOOCs that are part of the IIMBx
   MicroMasters in Business Management (Verified Certificate Track.)
2. 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of five years in managerial cadre
3. Please note that all participants who apply will go through IIMB EEP’s standard selection process before they are admitted into the program.
