Course Description

All students are expected to undertake a project on any of the analytical tools covered to gain hands-on experience. Besides the 6 modules, students can opt to undertake an extra module on Applied Analytics using SAS Enterprise Miner.

Lectures will be conducted in IIMB and online students can get the lessons through Reliance Web World outlets. Lecturers use video conferencing facilities to reach as many students as possible in different parts of the world.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/ commerce/ arts (with mathematics as a core subject). Candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience are preferred.

Admission Criteria

All interested candidates must apply for the program online through the institution’s website.

Upon receiving the application forms, the institution’s admission panel shortlists candidates based on their aptitude test results, work experience, past academic achievements, and experience in analytics.

Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview to determine their analytical skills and readiness to undertake the short program. During the interview, the panel evaluates the abilities of all the candidates and marks awarded.

The best candidates are admitted to undertake the program. Letters of offer are sent through the addresses provided during registration.

Ans: No, you cannot change the mode of delivery indicated in your admission letter. You should always indicate your preferred module during the application process.

Q2: How does the online module work?

Ans: Students in the online delivery module are expected to attend all lessons albeit using various digital platforms. All the lessons are streamed in real-time to allow the off-campus students to take notes.

Q3: Does the institute provide internet and computer infrastructure to online students?

Ans: No, the students are expected to have all the tools required to facilitate their online learning. If the admission panel feels that a candidate has an inadequate infrastructure to support the program, they can reject the application.
