Introduction
Panjab University is an institution of higher learning which was established in 1882 as the University of Punjab at Lahore.
It is ranked number one University in India and in the bracket 276-300 internationally in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, 2014-2015 powered by Thomson Reuters.

Duration
The minimum length for the MBA program offered by PU is two years (four semesters).
Eligibility
Eligibility for the distance MBA program at PU is a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Having a pass mark in the final examination conducted by any of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India qualifies you for admission.
Passing the AMIE examination with at least 50% marks after passing the diploma examination with a minimum of 60% marks and having at least five years of experience as a researcher/teacher qualifies you as eligible.

Interested candidates can obtain the application form from the university, study center, or download it from the school’s website at http://usol.puchd.ac.in.
The completed form should be sent along with the necessary documents and drafts to the university or study center. The draft should be made in favor of “Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh.” The draft should be drawn on the State Bank of India, Sector-14, Chandigarh
Applicants should send drafts along with duly completed enrolment- and examination forms to the “Chairperson, University School of Open Learning, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014” via registered post or speed post.
