About The University

  • The Tamilnadu Open University has been acknowledged internationally when the University grew to be a member of South Asian on Distance Education scheme all over Asia.   • First Class Motor or Steam or Combined (Chief Engineer) Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India or its counterparts in other countries.
