- Language: TOEFL is a requirement for international students with less than 3 years of experience as a secondary or postsecondary institution in an English-speaking environment. The minimum TOEFL score for admission is 550 (paper-based test) 213 (computer-based test) and 79-80 (internet based test). Also acceptable is an IELTS score of 6.5 or the completion of level 6 of the CSUSB’s Intensive English Program.
